nice! id' think that the best part is nothing gets lost in the middle of the circle and if you see you're running low, you can put the replacement right behind the waning bottle.
currently, i have my spices all laid out alphabetically in a drawer. in the past, i've also had them on stepping shelves inside a cabinet. i also try to buy the same size bottle for all my spices [like the spice island bottles you have in your picture] so they all fit onto the shelf in the same way or make even rows in a drawer... is that too OCD? *shrugs* oh well :-)

I keep my spices in the pantry but your system seems to be a lot more easier and convenient!
